Doug Bradford, born on August 30, 1951, in Hillsboro, Texas, has dedicated over four decades to the firefighting community. After graduating from Floydada High School in 1969, he attended Clarendon College, setting the stage for a career defined by passion and service.
Doug spent 21 years at Ferrara Fire Apparatus, gaining invaluable expertise in fire apparatus design and sales. He also served as a volunteer firefighter for 15 years and worked as a salesman for MES Fire Equipment for 5 years. As an instructor at Texas A&M Fire Training for 15 years, Doug educated and mentored countless firefighters, leaving a lasting impact on the industry.
Though Doug retired at 71, his passion for the fire service brought him back. Now, as an outside sales representative for U.S. Fire Pump in the Texas Panhandle, Doug continues to leverage his extensive experience and commitment to excellence to support firefighters and departments with top-tier equipment and solutions. His legacy is one of unwavering dedication to the fire service community.
