Ryan’s expertise lies in developing, engineering, and building new emergency vehicles from the ground up, starting with new chassis, cabs, bodies, aerials, and pumps. With his extensive knowledge and experience in the development of new product lines, Ryan manages the engineering and production teams with a keen eye for product quality and durability.

As a veteran firefighter with more than 20 years of experience, Ryan has received extensive training in Flammable Liquids Firefighting, Hazardous Materials Response, Confined Space Rescue, Advance Level Command, National Incident Management Systems, High Angle Rescue, and Driver and Pump Operations.

Ryan’s experience as a Hazmat Technician has allowed him to work towards his specialist in hydrocarbons fuel spills and fuel in-depth fires. This unique expertise has given Ryan a better insight into the engineering and development of new firefighting tools, with a focus on safety and effectiveness for the aid of his fellow firefighters. Ryan understands the importance of reliable equipment in critical situations, where firefighting tasks leave very little room for error.

In addition to his firefighting expertise, Ryan is also a certified IFSTA and ProBoard Instructor, having successfully participated in and commanded many large-scale municipal and industrial fire events and rescues. With Ryan’s wealth of knowledge and experience, he ensures that all of the products developed under his leadership are of the highest quality and capable of withstanding the rigors of the emergency response environment.
