Jay is a retired fire department Captain, with more than 30 years of service both as a paid firefighter and as a volunteer, as well as a Fire and Technical Rescue Instructor. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in fire science from Columbia Southern University and has spent the past 20 years as a consultant, sales team member, and sales manager in the fire industry.
In his spare time, Jay earned his Lean Six Sigma Black belt and is a Lean Six Sigma Champion.
