Refugio Volunteer Fire Department

Refugio, Texas

On Wednesday, October 2, 2024, Refugio Volunteer Fire Department responded to a tractor-trailer fire at a Stripes store in Refugio, Texas. Three firefighters arrived promptly at 7:04 am, and by 7:18 am, the fire was extinguished. To manage the flames effectively, they used their USFA Commercial Tanker for the water supply. Thanks to their quick response, the team successfully prevented the fire from spreading further.

The key features of this Commercial Pumper are a Kenworth T880 TA Chassis, a Hale 1500 GPM Pump, and a 3000 Gallon Water Tank.

St. John Volunteer Fire Department

Labadieville, Louisiana

On October 3, 2024, Labadieville Volunteer Fire Department quickly responded to a house fire next to Labadieville Middle School. Their first unit arrived within three minutes and immediately requested mutual aid from St. John and Napoleonville Volunteer Fire Departments. Together, the departments utilized St. John VFD’s 3000 Gallon Tanker to transport the necessary water supply. Finally, by 4:30 pm, the fire was under control.

The key features of this Commercial Tanker are a T480 Tandem Chassis, 3000 Gallon Water Tank, and Hale 1500 GPM Pump.

Daufuskie Island Fire District

Daufuskie Island, South Carolina

The above picture depicts a training evolution with the Daufuskie Island FD. In this particular simulation, the firefighters from C-Shift participated, utilizing their USFA Commercial Pumper. To effectively control the flames, they relied on the truck’s 1500-Gallon Water Tank to transport water and extinguish the danger. This hands-on training ensures that the team is well-prepared for real-life emergencies.

The key features of this Commercial Pumper are a Kenworth T480 Chassis, a Hale 1500 GPM Pump, and a Cummins L9 450HP Engine.

Daufuskie Island Fire District

South Carolina

The above picture shows Daufuskie Island FD and their USFA Commercial Pumper en route, responding to a call during the impact of Hurricane Helene in late September 2024. As a result, the storm left significant damage, including fallen trees, power outages, and damaged homes. Despite the challenging conditions, the team worked tirelessly to ensure the community’s safety.

The key features of this Commercial Pumper are a Kenworth T480 Chassis, a Hale 1500 GPM Pump, and a 1500 Gallon Water Tank.

Williams Fire Department

Williams, California

The picture above portrays the Williams Fire Department deploying their USFA Tanker to extinguish a grass fire in the middle of a field near Williams, California. They used the Tactical Tender’s 750 GPM PTO pump to control the situation and put out the spreading burn. 

The key features of this Commercial Tanker are a Freightliner M12 Commercial Chassis, a Cummins L9 450 HP Engine, and a 2000 Gallon Water Tank.
