Jonathan Graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a degree in Industrial Technology. He started his career working as a research and development engineer in the offshore electronics industry, before coming to work at US Fire Pump 5 years ago. Jonathan is responsible for pump automation and firewater systems, and fire truck mechanical engineering (pump layouts, drivelines, etc.), enjoying the unique challenges involved in designing new equipment and working on innovative design solutions.
When Jonathan isn’t hard at work, he loves traveling, camping, and mountain biking with his wife and kids, and participates in enduro mountain bike races, where he’s finished 1st and 2nd in his last 3 races. He does admit that, while he loves spending time on outdoor fun, he spends the majority of his time with his 2-year-old daughter and brand-new baby boy rather than in the great outdoors.
